This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of office activity plans and related products purchased from Reliabilityeknow through reliabilityeknow.ddd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and have designed this policy to be fair and transparent.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all office activity plan products offered by Reliabilityeknow, including the Pulse Starter Pack ($289 NZD), Momentum Quarter Plan ($749 NZD), Culture Annual Blueprint ($2,450 NZD), and any add-on services such as on-site facilitation, custom theme design, and engagement analytics. Because our primary products are digital deliverables, this policy addresses the unique considerations of digital product returns.
2. Digital Product Nature
Office activity plans from Reliabilityeknow are delivered digitally via email or secure download link upon confirmed payment. Digital products include facilitator guides, printable materials, activity calendars, timing scripts, and support documentation. Once digital materials have been delivered and accessed, the product cannot be physically returned. This policy explains the refund conditions that apply to digital purchases under New Zealand consumer law.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our office activity plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchased plan within fourteen days of delivery and have not yet conducted more than two activities from the plan with your team, you may request a full refund. This satisfaction guarantee applies to the Pulse Starter Pack and Momentum Quarter Plan. The Culture Annual Blueprint includes a thirty-day satisfaction review period with partial refund options as described in Section 5.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:
- Submit your refund request within the applicable guarantee period (fourteen or thirty days from delivery)
- Provide your order confirmation number or purchase date
- Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction with the office activity plan
- Confirm that you have not extensively used or distributed the plan materials beyond reasonable evaluation
- Agree to delete all downloaded copies of the activity plan materials upon refund approval
5. Culture Annual Blueprint Refunds
Given the comprehensive nature and higher value of the Culture Annual Blueprint, refund terms differ from our standard plans. Within the first thirty days, if you have not commenced the first quarterly activity cycle, you may request a full refund. If you have begun using the plan but are dissatisfied with the first quarter content, you may request a partial refund of up to fifty percent of the purchase price. After thirty days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be offered as credit toward alternative Reliabilityeknow products.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Add-on services that have already been delivered, including completed on-site facilitation sessions
- Custom theme design work that has been completed and delivered
- Engagement analytics reports that have been generated and shared
- Refund requests submitted after the applicable guarantee period without extenuating circumstances
- Purchases where plan materials have been shared with third parties outside your organisation
- Products purchased at a promotional discount exceeding twenty percent unless otherwise stated
7. How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, company name, order date, product purchased, and reason for the refund request. Our team will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide a decision within five business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days.
8. Exchanges and Upgrades
If you purchased a smaller activity plan and wish to upgrade to a larger plan, Reliabilityeknow offers upgrade credits. The purchase price of your current plan will be credited toward the upgraded plan if the upgrade request is made within thirty days of your original purchase. For example, if you purchased the Pulse Starter Pack and wish to upgrade to the Momentum Quarter Plan, you would pay the difference of $460 NZD. Upgrades are subject to availability and must be requested before extensive use of the original plan.
9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive incomplete, corrupted, or incorrect activity plan materials, please contact us immediately. We will promptly deliver the correct materials at no additional charge. If we are unable to resolve the issue within five business days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the standard guarantee period. This includes missing facilitator guides, broken download links, or activity content that significantly differs from the product description on reliabilityeknow.ddd.
10. Cancelled Add-On Services
On-site facilitation sessions may be cancelled and refunded in full if cancellation notice is provided at least seven business days before the scheduled session date. Cancellations within seven business days may incur a cancellation fee of up to fifty percent of the service cost. Custom theme design projects may be cancelled before work commences for a full refund. Once design work has begun, cancellation refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
11. Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where that Act applies to your purchase. If our office activity plans fail to meet guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, or match their description, you may have additional remedies including repair, replacement, or refund. Business purchases may not be covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act; please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
12. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, please contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims up to $30,000 NZD, or seek other remedies available under New Zealand law.
13. Changes to This Policy
Reliabilityeknow may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.
